The things I could think of are cost and availability to the site and the arrive of employees that are registered at the site. The cost and availability are not getable information but given that the monster.com site is more convenient and considerably accessible to the potential employees and allows more people to post there resume by using a resume builder it would seem to be the best choice.The last thing to cover is the pros and cons of the virtual rsums.
